Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rebound. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18+ and legally able to enter into these Terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the Services for spam, scams, or solicitation.
• Attempt to access accounts or data not belonging to you.
• Use bots, automation, or scraping to access the Services.
• Encourage or promote unsafe behavior.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or community standards.

Content

You are responsible for the content you post or send through the Services. You grant Rebound a limited license to host, store, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Services (for example, showing your profile to other users).

You must have the rights to any content you upload (including photos).

Subscriptions and Purchases

Rebound may offer paid features (e.g., Rebound Pro). Purchases and subscription billing are handled through Google Play. Your subscription may automatically renew unless canceled through your Google Play account settings.

Refunds and billing disputes must be handled through Google Play, subject to their policies.

Safety

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, whether online or offline. Use good judgment and take precautions when meeting someone in person. Rebound does not conduct criminal background checks and does not guarantee the identity or behavior of users.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or for safety reasons.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Rebound makes no warranties of any kind regarding the Services, including that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the Services will result in matches or relationships.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebound is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or interactions with other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Effective Date” above and may provide additional notice when required.
